Tried to upsell on multiple items that had no issues, brake job and tire sensor that did not need replacements (replaced already within last 6 months). At the end charged an additional fee of 50$ and wouldn’t remove as service agent was “out at lunch and not one that could do it” More

I think I am still in shock over how effortless the process was. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable! My sales consultant, Toby Bourg, was patient and answered every question promptly. I never felt pressured, but always felt supported in my shopping experience. Aside from my actual purchase experience, what was outstanding was watching everyone interact with one another while I waited for my vehicle to be delivered. You can tell there is a cohesive and professional team, at Crown Buick; and, how they treat one another is a testament to how they will treat their customers. Even though it was an over 2 hour drive for me, to the dealership, it was worth the trip and they have gain a brand loyal customer! We love Toby and Crown Buick!! More
