I had a good experience and Scott was knowledgeable and helpful. My only issue was that the Finance guy did not initially offer me the lower interest rate options that I qualified for. Calling and communicating with the customer is important. So customers can make plans, especially when customer is running their own business. My husband tried to communicate this to Robin, she got aggravated and pretty much told him, in so many words, to go bring your business somewhere else. More
