Had an appt with a loaner for a previous problem that wasn’t fixed. When I got to dealership I had to wait on the street for 15mins because drive in was blocked by cars left by the service dept. Somehow Joe knew what I was looking for and suggested a new 2024 GMC Terraine and I said that is OK with me. if the price is right. After some negotiations Joe worked out, what I considered a great price and since I am a Veteran he showed me how to apply for a military discount. Joe is truly an asset to the Crown organization.
