I am not a fan of the car buying experience and after a totaled car I was not looking forward to this experience. And without fail I went to numerous dealerships and experienced very questionable pricing p totaled car I was not looking forward to this experience. And without fail I went to numerous dealerships and experienced very questionable pricing practices, poor quality of cars, and lack of caring service staff. I came to Crown with the intent to test drive multiple cars without planning to shop. But Chris and Ashlee were both super professional and engaging. The cars were clean and well maintained...and even better they had no issue providing an accurate out the door pricing figure without any hidden fees. Chris made the experience a true delight and we are very happy with our purchase and will certainly be back to purchase again. So thanks to Chris my wife is already talking about a new MDX next year. I live in Virginia. My family and I were headed to Marco Island for our first family vacation since the pandemic and along the way, I started experiencing a strange vibration and noise in my 2014 MDX which Island for our first family vacation since the pandemic and along the way, I started experiencing a strange vibration and noise in my 2014 MDX which was later diagnosed as a bad front wheel bearing. Very stressful to be sure as we are far from home and this would certainly have led to a bad situation on the highway somewhere. I called Crown Acura, spoke to service advisor Bart Bartley and he brought me in. To say that he was the consummate professional is an understatement. I know how tough it is right now to get parts, with so many being on back order due to the pandemic, but Bart figured out a way to get both the bearing and a rusted out ABS sensor changed. He saved us and our family vacation and I really can’t thank him and you all enough for getting me out of a bind. Thanks Bart and Crown Acura for taking such great care of a customer who could never possibly be a repeat customer. More
