Our Lease was ending on our TLX. We contacted Crown Acura via email, and Rich Morris, quickly responded about the vehicle. My wife, and I, weren't quite sure if we wanted to lease a new vehicle, purch Acura via email, and Rich Morris, quickly responded about the vehicle. Given current COVID times, and prices of new and used cars, we decided to purchase our current car. Crown Acura offered us a very fair price to purchase our TLX which was above our lease buyout figure, but in the end we decided to purchase our TLX. Rich never pressured us into any decision which was purely our own. Rich treats people like he wants to be treated. He's a great person, speaks very highly of his family, very funny, tells great stories, and all around great person to deal with. Financing was a smooth and easy transaction.
