Great experience at Crowne Acura. Gillian Barnes went out of her way on her day off to assist us to find a vehicle that met our specifications, despite the inventory shortages throughout the country. Our Lease was ending on our TLX. We contacted Crown Acura via email, and Rich Morris, quickly responded about the vehicle. My wife, and I, weren't quite sure if we wanted to lease a new vehicle, purch Acura via email, and Rich Morris, quickly responded about the vehicle. My wife, and I, weren't quite sure if we wanted to lease a new vehicle, purchase our existing vehicle, or just get out of the lease all together. Rich took the time to explain all of our options. Given current COVID times, and prices of new and used cars, we decided to purchase our current car. Crown Acura offered us a very fair price to purchase our TLX which was above our lease buyout figure, but in the end we decided to purchase our TLX. Rich never pressured us into any decision which was purely our own. Rich treats people like he wants to be treated. He's a great person, speaks very highly of his family, very funny, tells great stories, and all around great person to deal with. Financing was a smooth and easy transaction. One final note given the current times we are all experiencing, this dealership was spotless, shining, and the cleanest I have ever experienced! Please contact Rich Morris. You wont have any regrets!
