We just picked up our 2022 MDX A-Spec. We had a great experience with Gary Scott and Sophie Morris. While Crown was not the closest Acura dealer, nor was it where we bought our last Acura, they offered experience with Gary Scott and Sophie Morris. While Crown was not the closest Acura dealer, nor was it where we bought our last Acura, they offered a great deal to get me out of my previous MDX and into a new one. Unlike many other dealers who charged a premium to find or order a car during this high demand time, I ended up with a very good deal. Everything was easy. We handled the entire process on-line, and when I got there to pick up the car, it was clean, ready and it took under 10 minutes to sign the paperwork. Gary took a lot of time with us, setting up and explaining all the functions on the vehicle for two people. He was one of the most knowledgeable salespeople on this vehicle that I have met since he drives the same car. Congrats on a job well done and for making this a pleasurable experience. More
