EXEMPLARY service from John Shaw as always! I’ve been going to Crown and dealing with John for 10 years now with my first RDX then he helped me when I was ready trade in that vehicle for my new one this going to Crown and dealing with John for 10 years now with my first RDX then he helped me when I was ready trade in that vehicle for my new one this past year. For this service visit, John was terrific about calling me back promptly and helping me reschedule my initial appointment due to a schedule conflict. He couldn’t have been nicer about it. I brought my RDX in first thing on morning of 20 Dec 2021 for the scheduled (B6) maintenance. John was there to greet me and get my RDX quickly checked in and straight to the mechanic. Amazingly, my RDX was ready in just over an hour and that included the courtesy vacuuming and car wash!! John did a fantastic job making this a pleasurable experience and expediting the service while I waited. Thank you so much!!! More

I purchased a 2004 Acura TL certified from them with 26k miles, which I sold in 2016 with 160,000 miles. I now live in downtown Tampa, so driving 40 minutes to Crown Acura Clearwater was a haul for me. However, they have never failed to deliver great offers and superior service to their customers. I will continue to cross the bridge for the servicing of my new 2021 Acura TLX A-Spec, which I love by the way.
