We recently purchased an RDX from Crown Acura. Our initial salesperson had retired between the time we ordered the vehicle and the delivery of the vehicle. We then were paired with Rich Morris and he was very personable and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle and took the time to show us all the features of the vehicle. We would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from him and would highly recommend him. The dealership was professional, however, one downside we had was with the financial dept. end of it. We called several times ahead of delivery of the car to inquire regarding the financing and we did not receive return phone calls. I know these places are quite busy but I think the communication could be better. Other than that, the buying of the car went quite smoothly and we are quite happy with the process. More
