Since we pretty much have to order vehicles nowadays with such low inventories, I was always prepared to tell the sales rep the range of trims and colors I wanted. These sales reps at these other dealerships would always come back and offer me vehicles that didn't match what I asked for. It never fails. It's like they didn't listen, didn't care, or just hoped I would settle and accept what they offered. Arash listened, made sure it was something that would be available, and assured me that he could get it for me. He came through and it was even delivered earlier than expected. The price was fair. No other dealership even came close, especially with their markups and other nonsense they try to throw in. I wish I hadn't wasted my time with these other dealerships, but it makes me appreciate a business like Crown Acura even more. They treat you with class and integrity.
