His personality and just caring nature and interest in helping us find the exact vehicle that we were looking for made the whole process so much more pleasurable. Usually there is a lot of pressure from the sales team to push the vehicle purchase, but Arash was not pushy. He was just patient and answered all of our questions and just waited till we were satifised to ensure that the vehicle was purchased. I would honestly go back to the dealership at future purchases. I called Gillian Barnes (the lovely sales associate who assisted me 8 years ago) and she was just as amazing and helpful just as she was 8 years ago. Gillian assisted me to find a vehicle of my choice. Gillian is very knowledgeable about ALL details of the vehicles in and out, which made the car buying process easy and smooth. I never felt rushed or pressured. Chris Eaton (Financial service manager) was personable, funny, kind and knowledgeable. Throughout the process multiple associates would stop to ask if my husband and I was okay, needed water, a snack and provided congratulations.
