Do yourself a favor and go see Berto, I had a horrible experience at another Acura dealership in town, so after I shook that one off figured I’d go see what this place had to offer and couldn’t have been experience at another Acura dealership in town, so after I shook that one off figured I’d go see what this place had to offer and couldn’t have been more pleased. They listened to what I wanted and really made the whole process quiet enjoyable. This is the 3rd time buying a car and by no means do I feel comfortable with the process but Berto and Jay really made it feel like I was doing business with real people and not some pushy sales people, and unlike the other dealership I was at before heading here, they got what I was looking for built options around that instead of trying to force me into a car I didn’t want or some payments that weren’t within the budget.
