I have been buying my cars from Crown Acura for the last 27 years (starting with my first Integra in 1995), and I think that alone is a testament to the exceptional quality and service that is consistently 27 years (starting with my first Integra in 1995), and I think that alone is a testament to the exceptional quality and service that is consistently provided by both the sales and service teams at Crown Acura. In 2020, I purchased my 6th Acura from Crown Acura, a 2020 RDX. I am a true Acura loyalist. These are the best cars ever made, in my opinion! From day one, I have had the amazing good fortune of working with John Shaw as my service advisor. I honestly cannot say enough good things about John. His professionalism, expertise, diligence, expansive knowledge, and outstanding level of customer service are unparalleled! He is readily accessible when needed and strives to do his best for the customer in all situations. Plus, he is also such a nice guy, fun to talk to, and always has a smile on his face! Bonus! John's extra efforts to assist the customer consistently go above and beyond. And as the service department is typically the ongoing face of an organization, John epitomizes all that is right in this crazy world and I thank God for him! John truly is an asset to Crown Acura and, in large part, the reason why I keep coming back to Crown for all my cars! (John, you can never retire lol!) This is the second time I have bought an Acura from Crown. I was lucky enough to have Gillian Barnes as my sales consultant. Most of the work on the car was done via email and text. I spent a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes in the dealer picking up my car. They had it detailed and ready to go. They have streamlined the buying process and the paperwork and everything is ready for signature when you walk in the door. Finally had the pleasure of meeting Jay Rudio, the finance manager. He had my paperwork ready to sign. I was in there for 10 minutes as he explained the paperwork and of course went through the add on features that Acura offers. He was up front about the add ons and very fast and courteous. Overall my experience was great! I will always check with Gillian and Crown for my next Acura purchase! More

We went to Crown Acura without an appointment to look at two specific cars we had seen online. Chris Duncanson greeted us right at the door and was our sales person throughout the whole process. Not once did we feel pressured into looking at other cars we weren’t interested in or the need to purchase right at that moment. We were able to see and test drive both cars that day. Chris helped us find the right fit for our family at a great price. Crown Acura was even able to get us a better interest rate on the car loan then our credit union. The car is amazing it has all the features we wanted and was at the price point we were comfortable with. Compared to the same model at any other dealership we believe we got a well rounded deal.
