I visited Acura with the intention of just researching vehicles. I knew I needed to buy sometime soon, but I wasn't sure what I wanted. As I started browsing, a salesman started to head my way and thought vehicles. I knew I needed to buy sometime soon, but I wasn't sure what I wanted. As I started browsing, a salesman started to head my way and thought "ohhh here we go," expecting the whole pushy salesman act. It almost always feel like I've entered the lion's den being a woman, alone, in a car lot, so this is the point where I typically brush them off with a snippy "I'm just looking," and leave if they still follow me around. Mark Purcell approached in a very friendly manner, his demeanor non-threatening or aggressive. After he warmly introduced himself, I caved and told him what I was looking for in a vehicle. As Mark started showing me around, I couldn't believe that he had actually listened. He showed me cars that exactly met the criteria I had outlined (including price), and didn't try to convince me I needed something bigger, newer or more expensive. Mark's demeanor and personality allowed me to relax, and think clear-minded about the vehicle I was considering. It was really nice for a change to be directed to what I wanted to see, be given thorough and accurate information, and not feel manipulated. After making the decision to make on offer, I wondered if this is the point where the pressure or tricks would come in. Negotiations with Mark went very smoothly and very fair. Again, no pressure, manipulation, or games. I got a GREAT deal. I have to say, I hate buying cars but this time it was actually very enjoyable! Thank you, Mark! I would without a doubt buy from you and Acura again! More

I've been going to Crown for many years for service for my Acuras. And for each and every one of those visits John Shaw has been absolutely amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly explains for my Acuras. And for each and every one of those visits John Shaw has been absolutely amazing! I have 2 other Acura dealers that are much closer to my home but I choose to make the 1 hour drive each way to Crown solely because of Jphn Shaw and the service team!!! The quality of service one of the main reasons I now own 4 Acuras and have recommended them to all of family and friends!!! More

Sue Ellen is such a joy to interact with at any time! She has done the dreaded paperwork for me in the past but made it somehow so enjoyable, now that's a sharp individual! John and the whole service department, having dealt with them for 9 years are incomparable! It's one thing to have a stress free buying experience but a bonus to have top shelf service to compliment the sale. As you can tell, I'm a big cheerleader for Crown Acura but it's based on experience and fact for what I've been testament to these last four purchases. More

Sophie is extremely knowledgeable and easily answered any questions I had. Being a driver of the same model car that I looked and actually did purchase, made her the ultimate "cheerleader" who was not afraid to give me an honest, realistic opinion. Sue Ellen was friendly and on the ball with the numbers and made the magic happen.. Mark Purcell greeted me when I pulled up and we started checking out cars, he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions promptly. He was very down to earth and I didn't feel like I was dealing with pushy car salesman. I showed up pretty late and the dealership was closing within 5 minutes of me finally deciding to get the car. Mark & Keith (Finance) happily stayed late and wrapped up the paperwork in about 30 minutes, which is much faster then any other dealers I've bought from. It's been about a month and a half now and I'm loving my 2010 TSX Tech, It's a great car and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark and Crown Acura to my friends and family. More
