While having an unexpected service on my car today it was nice to spend some time talking to John Pearson at Crown Acura. I look forward to my next purchase, though it may be a while before I upgrade. I still am enjoying the one I have now. (Waiting for the TLX) I will certainly return to make my next purchase with him. About the unexpected visit, I had developed a strange rattle noise in the rear of the car. I am pretty sure that it has to be a nightmare for a service technician to locate strange noises heard by the driver. Dan Victory and the service team were able to isolate the noise and correct it without much of a wait. Dan and the service team have always been top notch when it comes to keeping my vehicle running like new. More

I just purchased a brand new Acura RDX and came back for my 30 day pit stop (what a cool service!). John was very accommodating to my schedule. We unfortunately were beat by another couple for an older used Acura MDX, but luckily Chris Duncanson was more than helpful and knowledgeable to show us a newer yet comparable MDX for a real steal. I made a call about getting my car checked out (light came on over the weekend), and I had an appointment set up within the hour with Bart Bartley. I waited a bit until he came back with the diagnostic report and he said it was something covered under warranty but they needed to order a part. It would be in the following day and he asked if I would like a loaner. I opted for it out of convenience and received a call the following day asking if I wanted to come up later that afternoon or the following morning. If I wasn't out and about already I would have waited, but I figured I might as well head over. I got there a bit earlier than expected (trying to avoid traffic) and waited to fill out my papers and get my keys. Bart made my experience painless, but then again every service employee at Crown has been pleasant to work with. More
