I had to bring my TL in for product issues. My TL was out of warranty. Not only did John Shaw and the Director work with Acura about my concerns, they were able to get Acura to help with the cost. The people there are friendly and knowledgeable. They are very efficient. I was in and out with a loaner, with all paperwork ready for me as soon as I got there. Crown Acura dealership has a great positive atmosphere, friendly behavior and a nice offering of products. Sales person was why I returned with the interest to buy. Although I was notified of a car to match my needs and I came in and showed interest in buying your dealership could not have possibly been interested in my business. - Saturday, left messages and finally just showed up, then I left with the prospect of buying the used RDX and promise of several items(estimate of total sale, 2014 demos, and availability of accessories). - Sunday, I contacted the sales person, only to find out you were closed. - Monday, , only to find out she was not at work, but would provide the promised items. - Tuesday, I was contacted via text if I really wanted the RDX. I called, left messages and finally talked to the sales person to find out the car was on a test drive. I made an offer with the promise to be called back. 90 minutes later I received a message that the car was secured Monday and sold today. Something is very wrong with this communication and what was happening versus what the sales person knew (if I believe the dealership and everyone involved was truthful to me). If not, there is devious behavior somewhere in this contact with your dealership. Either way, Crown Acura really didn't want to sell me an automobile. More

She greeted me in the showroom with a smile and didn’t stop smiling until I drove off the lot several hours later in a new Acura RLX. I didn’t make the process quite that easy, there were lots of question about features of the Acura, should I finance or lease, then there were two test drives, but she was helpful and easy to work with throughout the process. Then Gillian made me an offer I could not refuse, so I didn’t. Keith, in the finance office, is a proud US Navy veteran who I could relate to, was well organized and efficient making the paperwork portion of the deal painless. Overall dealing with Gillian, Keith and others at Crown Acura was my fantasy car buying experience. More

I just purchased my 3rd Acura MDX from Crown Acura, a 2014 Acura MDX AWD Tech, and could not be happier. My sales consultant, Chris Duncanson, was and is always extremely helpful, supportive, patient, and understanding. He is knowledgeable of his products and his receptiveness to any and all questions along with his desire to answer them all, no matter how big or small, gives me the freedom to feel safe knowing he is representing me with no pressure. During my latest sales experience, I was most interested in the AWD version of the 2014 MDX of which there was none available at the dealership to test drive – evidently they are somewhat rare in Florida! But being the exemplary salesman he is, Chris came to work early the next day to track one down and have delivered to his dealership for me to see and drive that day. Through his efforts I was able to confirm my choice and obtain exactly the vehicle I wanted, for which I am grateful. Keith Amaral, the Finance Manager, worked steadfastly to put the deals together for my last 3 purchases while patiently explaining the process, the options, and the numbers. Now I look forward to continuing my relationship with their service department through John Shaw, my Service Advisor, who has always treated me with the utmost respect and has always taken care of my vehicles properly, thoroughly and never with an upsell of unnecessary maintenance as some service departments do. Through my experiences of the work ethics exhibited by all these individuals, I have developed a true respect for them and fully trust their guidance. Dan Victory is one of the most honest service advisors I've done business with ever. He goes out of his way to make sure that you are completely satisfied when you leave the dealership and also is straight up front with you on what needs or doesn't need to be fixed on your car.
