John Leinbach did a fantastic job. He was very personable and made me feel very comfortable with entire process and his follow up was "spot on." My experience overall was virtually stress free. My MDX was in for servicing on January 28, 2014. My experience with Dan and Crown Acura was excellent as it always is. The MDX was brought in for it's 30,000 mile checkup and Dan explained the details experience with Dan and Crown Acura was excellent as it always is. The MDX was brought in for it's 30,000 mile checkup and Dan explained the details of the dealer recommended 30,000 mile service. We also had a noise concern in the right front end of the vehicle and Rueben (service technician) went for a ride with us and said he knew what the problem was and it would be taken care of and it was. We were very pleased with Dan and Rueben. They are both very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and I enjoyed working with them. They are a great asset to Crown Acura's Service Department. More

He was very honest from the get go and did everything in his power to make sure I drove off the lot with a brand new car. He explained everything so well and there was no kind of pressure at all. Even while we were waiting for the deal to go through, he offered us water (and I know that doesn't sound like much), but it really made a huge difference in the experience. It was first class treatment all the way and I will recommend Chris Duncanson to anyone who is looking to buying a quality car and unforgettable car buying experience in the future. More
