I called the dealership and got in contact with Chris. He was very quick to answer questions and was a pleasure to work with on this deal. The car was priced right for us, and we decided to make the 3 hour drive to purchase the TSX. Chris was very professional and definitely has a passion for what he does. I never felt the "car salesman pressure" from Chris, he is very easy to work with and I would recommend anyone to seek him out when looking to buy. He will take care of you! More

This was my first official car purchase and although due to unforeseen circumstances with my previous car which caused a rush and resulted in a lack of accumulated funds, she was still confident that she would get me into my Camry. Amazing Car Buying Experience I was a Ford person after having bought mine 13 years ago...that's where I started when I decided to buy a new vehicle. The dealership in St. Pete did everything to make me NOT buy another Ford. After 3 visits to the dealership I decided these people will never listen to what I want or what I can afford. I took a trip in a friend's Acura and was wowed! I came home & did some research- NEVER thought I could afford this car. Emailed the dealership & got an immediate response - made an appointment and a few days later I met Sophie in person. She actually offered to stay late on a holiday weekend to meet with me. She is so pleasant and REAL. Sophie knew the vehicle I was interested in and had it cooled & ready to drive - something the other dealership should figure out. Sophie absolutely KNOWS the product-during the test drive she spoke about the vehicle and all of it's safety features. When we returned to the showroom she worked with me to get my payment exactly where I wanted it under absolutely no pressure. We chatted about our families and it was so comfortable. Sophie is so friendly and professional, definitely not the stereotypical "car sales person" ! My experience with Evelyn was equally pleasant-not usually the case with the "finance person"! The entire transaction took a little over 3 hours - which included my other half driving home & back to get my trade. Sophie is one in a million. I LOVE my Acura RDX and will see her in 3 years to get my next Acura. She has made me a customer for life. You have a fantastic dealership and a model business which should be emulated. Many thanks. As usual, Chris displayed his professionalism and experience by walking us through the pricing and lease for the car. Within a very short time, we agreed on a deal with Chris and John Pearson. This will be the fifth Acura I have leased through Chris and Crown Acura. I don't even shop. I know I will receive the best deal. The closing was smooth. John Leinbach, and Keith Amaral, had all the paperwork prepared and we were done in a very short time. I have been a customer of Crown for approximately 14 years. When Service is required, i call John Shaw, and I know my needs will be taken care of. If you ever want an Acura, there is no other place to go. More

Comparison of two experiences I had an opportunity to compare a Costco AutoProgram and TrueCar buying experience on June 6, 2014. I was looking for an Acura RDX AWD 2014. TrueCar I had an opportunity to compare a Costco AutoProgram and TrueCar buying experience on June 6, 2014. I was looking for an Acura RDX AWD 2014. TrueCar quoted a price at a $2,170 savings of MSRP and connected me to Crown Acura in Clearwater. Costco AutoProgram connected me with Regal Acura in Lakeland, which quoted me a $4,466 discount, twice as large as TrueCar’s. I checked with both dealerships and both promised they had precisely the car I was looking for precisely at the price they advertised. I first scheduled an appointment with Regal in Lakeland as they offered a bigger discount. The dealership was empty. Kendall Miller and Raj Abraham greeted us cordially and friendly, offered coffee, and a ride in a car that was already prepared for us. Then it turned out that they did not have the car they earlier said they had it in stock. At that point Mr. Abraham brought two (!) sales managers who tried to sell me a newer model of the same car, at a higher cost. They blamed their “confused” staff and large and complex inventory for incompetence and incorrect price advertisement. It was a demeaning and insulting experience of over-promise, under-delivery, blame-shifting, and waste of time. It may explain why Regal dealership was empty when we visited it. I left without a car and scheduled my next appointment with Crown Acura the same day. Gillian Barnes, a Crown Acura Sales Consultant, had the car as promised and presented it in the most professional way. The car was priced exactly as advertised by TrueCar and I drove it off the lot the same day. In conclusion, both Costco AutoProgram and Regal Acura in Lakeland have lots to learn from TrueCar and Crown Acura in Clearwater. More
