Gillian Barnes - Best saleswoman I leased a 2015 RDX from Crown Acura after turning in my previous lease, and it was much easier than anticipated. Bad people I took my Acura MDX in for a transmission issue. I was told I needed new motor mounts and a new torque converter. I told John Shaw that I thought this I took my Acura MDX in for a transmission issue. I was told I needed new motor mounts and a new torque converter. I told John Shaw that I thought this would be covered by my powertrain warranty. He said "no sorry it is not". I asked him to call Acura he said that he did and they would do the motor mounts but I would have to pay for the torque converter. So I called Acura. They said "yes it is covered". I gave John one more shot to make it right when I went to pick up the car and asked him to call Acura again. When he told me there was nothing he could do. I then told him I called them and they said it was covered. He called them and they said yes it was covered. Not sure why he wanted to bill me instead of Acura. Then he changed my phone number in the computer so I did not get a survey. I now drive 45 minutes to Ferman Acura for warranty /recall work and use Autoway Honda for service. Both are honest. More
