Met Dan Victory, Recently moved to the area and had not visited any local Acura dealerships yet. Did so when my 2014 RLX needed some recall work done. Met Dan Victory, who was my service agent. I was completely satisfied with the whole experience. Dan managed the process efficiently and all the issues got taken care of on time. He also made sure I had use of a loaner. In addition when I got my car he noticed a problem with a cover plate under the seat. He tried to fix it personally, but couldn't. So he ordered a new part which will be covered under warranty. EXCELLENT!! I will be back! I have found my new Acura dealer and Dan will be my requested service agent! More
Victory at Crown Acura Victory...as in Dan Victory. Took care of me and kept me up to speed the whole way through my service issues. I was pressed for time and he offered to Victory...as in Dan Victory. Took care of me and kept me up to speed the whole way through my service issues. I was pressed for time and he offered to personally go out and help them wash my car to speed up the process. Gillian Barnes also exceeded my expectations. If you need a car she is the lady...warning don't play golf with her; she'll take your money. Not really, but an excellent golfer. Her home course is Mangrove Bay. Sincerely, A satisfied customer. Great car repair experience at a dealership!!! So many people say stay away from having your car repaired/serviced at the dealership...apparently they haven't gone to CROWN ACURA. I went in to have several repairs done on my Acura TL- John Shaw took the time to go through the necessary repairs and I was shocked to find that his quote was actually within dollars of the quote I received at Tiresplus and the bonus was that Acura would be using Acura parts, not after market. I cannot thank John Shaw and the service department enough for their expertise and professionalism!!! Highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed. More
Great Experience I purchased a 2015 Acura TLX from Gillian Barnes at Crown Acura on 4/25/15 and couldn’t have been happier with the process. Gillian did a great job I purchased a 2015 Acura TLX from Gillian Barnes at Crown Acura on 4/25/15 and couldn’t have been happier with the process. Gillian did a great job explaining all of the features of the TLX during our initial test drive a couple of weeks prior and was very helpful answering any questions that came up as we moved forward. Once I purchased the car, Gillian spent another hour or so with me to go back through the different features available in the TLX and make sure all of the settings were adjusted to my preferences. When I drove away, I knew exactly how everything worked and haven’t had to look at the owner’s manual yet. I had researched and test drove several other vehicles at different dealerships and a big reason I settled on the Acura TLX was because of how easy and painless Gillian made the car buying experience for me. Had Gillian worked at one of those other dealerships, I may have purchased a different vehicle all together. Crown Acura is lucky to have her and I’m glad she was my sales person, as I love my new TLX. More

Through emails, we defined the transaction and pricing including a trade-in. Sales Manager, Sue Ellen Rumple and the gm also touched base to make sure everything was progressing smoothly. When the time came to inspect the trade-in and finalize the deal, we were overwhelmed by the professionalism and no pressure attitude of Chris and Sue Ellen. We drove home that day with our new MDX. There was no second guessing or haggling with the numbers. We plan on a long and happy relationship with Crown Acura. More
