I was put in touch with Sophie Morris at Crown Acura from one of Crown's other dealerships. We communicated via email and worked out all of the details of my new Acura ILX purchase so when I went into the dealership, I was out the door very quickly with my new car and that included the evaluation of my trade in. New 2015 TLX Purchase We were very satisfied with the cooperation, service and courtesy provided at Crown Acura. After 3 months of test driving similar vehicles at numerou We were very satisfied with the cooperation, service and courtesy provided at Crown Acura. After 3 months of test driving similar vehicles at numerous dealers in Sarasota, Venice and Lakeland Florida, we decided to purchase the vehicle at Crown. Noveed Kanchwala and the Sales Manager Sue Ellen Rumple provided the best price and dealt with a great deal of integrity. Noveed spent a considerable amount of time explaining all the functions with the Tech Package and followed up with a courtesy call the next day.
