John Shaw Service Department I currently own a 2007 Acura TL & had to get the Hands Free Link replaced along with a belt and tension piece. John Shaw was very helpful during this visit and I continue to request him every time I visit Crown Acura because he treats me like family. Let me also say that I've been driving Acura's since 1992 when I got my first car, a 1992 Acura Integra. My sister had 2 Acura Integras 1995 & 1997. My husband bought me a 1999 Acura TL and I purchased my 2007 TL, which I continue to drive. All of these vehicles were purchased from Crown Acura and I will continue purchasing vehicles from them and having my Acura serviced their. After 23 years of excellent service and support, I highly recommend this dealership, service department and John Shaw to everyone. More

2015 TLX Purchase Gary Scott helped in my purchase of a new TLX 6 cylinder w/ Tech. I first looked at the car some 6 months ago, and Gary followed up with me. I came Gary Scott helped in my purchase of a new TLX 6 cylinder w/ Tech. I first looked at the car some 6 months ago, and Gary followed up with me. I came back to the dealership, and Gary remembered my previous visit, took me through the test-drive of a couple of vehicles, reviewed color options with me, and helped steward the negotiation process for me. In the end, I got what i felt to be a fair deal on my trade-in and new car. I didn't feel pressured to buy, nor get the bait-and-switch at finance time. Negotiating a car purchase is not one of life's great joys, but the candid exchange made this transaction one which won't have me trembling at the thought next time. Thank you Gary & Sue Ellen. More

Service visit with Dan Victory I have been coming to Dan at crown Acura for service on my 08 TL for years now. He always takes good care of me and I appreciate him for that. Even I have been coming to Dan at crown Acura for service on my 08 TL for years now. He always takes good care of me and I appreciate him for that. Even times when I'm with other service advisors such as John Shaw or Bart, Crown Service always does a great job on my car. I feel great piece of mind bringing in my TL for service. Even though car dealerships always charge more for service jobs, it's worth it in the end because peace of mind is priceless. More

2016 MDX Purchase I came in to buy a 2016 MDX after a very poor experience with Scanlon Acrua in Fort Myers. Driving up to Clearwater was well worth it. Lennie Harrison I came in to buy a 2016 MDX after a very poor experience with Scanlon Acrua in Fort Myers. Driving up to Clearwater was well worth it. Lennie Harrison was absolutely fantastic! He made the entire purchase very easy and painless, even on a VERY busy day for them at Crown Acura. Both Lennie and the general manager spent time talking to me while we were waiting on the finance department to finish writing up the paperwork. Both guys went out of there way to make sure my entire experience was pleasant, and I couldn't recommend Lennie more! Even though it is out of they way I will be driving back to Crown for all maintenance based on this purchase experience. More
