I brought my vehicle in the next day and the service was prompt and professional. I received a courtesy call when my car was ready from Bart and he said that Brian would be taking care of me when I picked my vehicle up. Brian was very friendly and got me out of there quickly and on my way. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that my car was washed and vacuumed. I highly recommend Crown Acura and the service team. As an out-of-state buyer, negotiating the purchasing process of a car can be complicated and daunting. Gillian was so easy to work with, helped me work out everything I needed to do to purchase my vehicle, and helped me make sure I was getting what I wanted by personally going out to the car and taking additional pictures of things that I requested. I flew in to St. Petersburg and she picked me up at the airport and I drove home in my new (gently used) Lexus! Unfortunately, my schedule can be hectic and I had to reschedule the appointment three t I recently took my ILX in for an A1 service with Dan Victory. Unfortunately, my schedule can be hectic and I had to reschedule the appointment three times. The final scheduled appointment did not show up on Mr. Victory's schedule and it was not a problem. My car was serviced and completed within the hour and I was on my way. The service expense was reasonable and he did alert me to future service that would have to be done to maintain good working condition of my car. While most dealers always do a great job to get the deal closed, the entire team at Crown Acura proved the post sale treatment is just as important to them. When we had a problem with the car a little over a week later and almost 1500 miles north of Clearwater, John Leinbach and Brian Clausen stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park!! Crown Acura is key to Brand Loyalty Dan Morris sold me my 1st Acura over 10 years ago and now on my 3rd Acura, Dan, as General Manager was instrumental in obtaining a 2016 Acura RLX Spo Dan Morris sold me my 1st Acura over 10 years ago and now on my 3rd Acura, Dan, as General Manager was instrumental in obtaining a 2016 Acura RLX Sport Hybrid Advance per my requested specifications. I have pursued this car for nearly three years. It is rare, difficult to access and difficult to obtain. But Dan engaged Acura leadership and made my sought after RLX Sport Hybrid a reality. Dan's involvement was exceptional.. I have never experienced such exceptional efforts from any car purchase in my lifetime. At one point I was about to give up obtaining this car and shopped other brands, but Dan and his staff at Crown Acura , especially Sales Rep Richard Morris, Service Advisor John Shaw and Tech Greg Muszynski all have developed personal relationships with me over the years. I could not walk away from that. So I am thrilled Dan was able to obtain the RLX Sport Hybrid for me. It keeps me in the Acura vehicle I so desired and keeps me in the Crown Acura Family. More
