After I chose the one I wanted, she took the time to make sure I was familiar with everything I needed to know it before I letting me drive away in it. It had been 9 yrs since purchasing my last vehicle and she made it painless. We had everything wrapped up within an hour. I know where our family will be shopping for vehicles in the future. There is no better salesperson to work with than John Leinbach and I was so happy to have him help me again this time with my car purchase. John is extremely personable, helpful, and very patient. He made sure I purchased the right vehicle for me and he went over and above to make sure every detail was perfect. John Leinbach Is one of the best car sales people I have ever had, he was personable, extremely imformative and quite patient. The prossess was seemless and with the help of Sue Ellen(manager) I was able to purchase the vehicle of my dreams and could not be happier! Gary just put the cherry on top by explaining all the features and transferring my baby's car seat for me. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who needs the best vehicle on the road with the best customer service to go with it! More

He is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. We had just purchased an acura from a private person and wanted to get it inspected. He told us about re-calls we had no idea about. He let us know the car was fine. And offered a free car wash and vacuum. The whole transaction was smooth and painless! They even did a minor repair (a wire or something) without charging!!!!! He is funny and very pleasant!!!!! More

You see, I live 88 miles away down in North Port FL and I was searching the internet and stumbled across your dealership website when I saw a car that looked good to me. It was a little Scion TC. I called and spoke to Sophie on the phone and she answered my questions. She even followed up and seemed to really care about my car searching and buying experience. I ended up buying a different vehicle from my area due to logistics and other reasons but the car Sophie was working with me on was 2nd on my list.
