Short sighted thinking I purchased an Acura 12 mos ago and have had nothing but problems. So far, I brought the car in for the transmission twice, blower motor twice, and i I purchased an Acura 12 mos ago and have had nothing but problems. So far, I brought the car in for the transmission twice, blower motor twice, and it completely died in Orlando. I had it towed to Sanford to get it fixed. I have invested a considerable amount of time (with my brand new car)driving back and forth to dealers, stranded on the side of the road, calling and waiting for the tow truck, and sitting in the waiting room...a grand total of about 17 hours. Who's responsible for that? This last time, they gave me a loaner car for the time the car was being worked on. During that time, someone backed into me and created 214 dollars worth of damage. I realize that I was loaned the car under the assumption that I would return it in the same condition that I received it, although shouldn't there be some good faith for the time that I have spent with the issues. When I asked about them absorbing the 214 dollar cost, I was told that the manager, John Schnepp, felt I should be responsible for it. I'm 42 years old and probably will buy 5-6 more new cars in my lifetime. Enjoy the 214 dollars John! I guess I will go to Lexus or Infinity next time. Food for thought, future customers! More

Great Experience leasing 2017 Acura MDX through Gary Scott I have owned Acura cars since 1985 (Legend, RL, NSX, MDX), but switched to Range Rover for 3 years. The Evoque was fun but too small. When I saw the 2017 MDX and its redesigned front grill, I stopped by Crown Acura to check it out. Gary Scott did a great job of welcoming me back to Acura. He was helpful without being pushy, patient in updating me on the latest technology options, and thoughtful in arranging a new lease (also paid off the remaining few months on my Range Rover). I am glad I rejoined the Acura team. The 2017 MDX with Technology Package has all the features I was looking for, and is a dream to drive. Thanks, Gary Scott, for being my new friend at Acura. More

The service was outstanding however now its terrible, my last two service appointments were supposed to be 2 hours and 5 hours later not even a phone call, then in the end they just wanted to sell me more service. My time is valuable but Crown doesnt care. My son drives the TSX the car interior is falling apart cracking at the seams and bubbling up in the back, this started when the car was only 3 years old and we had it replaced then, now its even worse. I just traded in my RDX for a Lexus. Never going back to Acura unless they change. More
