Great Dealership I purchased our car from Crown Acura. We were helped by Chris Ducanson who was passionate and knowledgeable about the cars. The sales process itself I purchased our car from Crown Acura. We were helped by Chris Ducanson who was passionate and knowledgeable about the cars. The sales process itself was transparent and Crown were able to meet our price target for the car. We also worked with Sue Ellen who co-ordinated the preparation of our vehicle, she too was easy going and responsive. On the day of the pickup, we were directed to the finance manager to sign all the paperwork, this process was so fast, there was no hard sell to buy the extra services. We have purchased cars from other dealers and the checkout process at Crown Acura was by far the fastest. We were all done in 15 minutes. In summary if you want to purchase a vehicle at a good price and don't particularly want to spend an in-ordinate time at a dealership then CrownAcura is the place to go. More
