Just today I took it in for an oil change and was made to feel like a queen---on a budget. John Shaw was very conscious of trying to get me the best price for the service we needed. He made the whole process of checking in and checking out go very swiftly and easily. Their philosophy and tradition is to do much more servicing than repairs which fits in perfectly with my philosophy; get the oil changes done when needed and at the same time---so I only have to take it in one time rather than several---have various repairs in anticipation of things breaking or wearing out. I probably could have gotten another 1,000 miles out of my tires, but I went ahead and had them replaced so I don't have to worry about the inconvenience of flats. John Shaw More

Out of town emergency On my way to the Tampa area from Atlanta, my check engine light came on. I did a quick search for Acura dealerships in the Tampa area, and Crown Acura came up. I called and they were able to get me an appointment for later that afternoon. Brian Clausen was my service guy, and he was excellent. He put my mind at ease, and made sure that he took care of a few recall issues that were outstanding on my TL. He arranged a shuttle to the beach for me and my friends. One of the parts i needed wouldn't be available until I was already back in Atlanta, so Brian checked to make sure it was okay for me to drive home. When we returned, he got all of the paperwork ready for me to take back to my dealership in Atlanta to make that process as easy as possible. He's great! More
