I had seen a Nissan Coupe on Internet and I spoke with him about that particular one and he took me to look at it. l bought the car and I would like to say that the car is in beautiful shape and because of Charles good humor and integrity I felt like it was a great deal. Let me say also that everyone there treated me with respect and answered all my question. We visited the same day and decided to buy, as we had missed out on a similar car previously, at the same dealership. Mr. Johnson was extremely pleasant, friendly, and professional. Since he was our internet sales consultant, we only dealt with him. He gave us the time to test drive, ask questions, and time to decide. We got a sweet deal and the price was what it was, no back and forth. Crown took my trade in and we were out the door the same day. The finance team was also very fair and friendly. Gillian did a thoroughly expert job of guiding us through the purchase process and delivery of the car. At every step along the way she was there and we have absolutely no reservations recommending her she is the greatest. Which leads me to the second greatest. We simply love our new redesigned TLX. It looks great and performs better than we expected. Before deciding on the New TLX, I tried the new Alpha Giulia and the Infinity Q50. The TLX is far quieter, performs comparably and more comfortable ride. If you are looking for a new vehicle in this class, be sure you try the 2018 TLX you won't be sorry. More
