Tina was dazzling My overall experience was excellent. My service afvisor was Tina Arendes she was professional and courteous, she explained every thing they did on my My overall experience was excellent. My service afvisor was Tina Arendes she was professional and courteous, she explained every thing they did on my 65 pt inspection right down to the millimeter of my brake width and treadwear on my tires. I asked her if i could get out of there by 4:30 amd she got me the car by 4:20. Tina was simply dazzling. I was very satisfied and it felt good to know that my future service needs are in good hands. Crown Acura Service I own a 2014 MDX that was due for several swrvices and was going on aroad trip the next week so i made an appointment with my service advisor Bart Bar I own a 2014 MDX that was due for several swrvices and was going on aroad trip the next week so i made an appointment with my service advisor Bart Bartley for the Friday morning before i was to leave the following week. I really like being greated and treated like they are glad to see me rather than pulling and and having to search for someone to help me. The service waiting area is always nice and clean and you can choose from a variety of coffees and teas and they make cookies fresh each morning. They also have plenty of tables to work from if you so choose add I did. My waits for muy car to be serviced are always pleasant. This one was for about two and a half hours but for all the work and diagnostics they did I thought it was a very short wait. I'm impressed with the service I get at Crown and Bart is my man. More
