Tina took the time to research my vehicle warranty with the other dealership where I purchased from, and got most of my repairs covered by warranty. Additionally, she did inform me of some service items regarding the vehicle that I was not aware of, so that was very helpful for me since I did purchase my Acura Certified Pre-Owned. Tina called me with regular updates surrounding my repairs since my vehicle was in the shop for 5 days. I felt comfortable and taken care of in my overall experience. More
