His product knowledge and customer servoce are top notch!!! He is the Michael Jordan of car salesmen!!! So that means all other car salesmen are Scottie Pippen, they may be good but we all know MJ is a lot better!! My sales consultant was Charles Johnson who did an excellent job in answering my questions and talking with me several times before I actually leased my vehicle. By the time I went to lease my vehicle I was well informed about the options I wanted and my lease payment. The vehicle was ready on time and Charles went over all the features and demonstrated how they worked. My experience in leasing this vehicle was fun and stress free. Our new MDX When we walked into the dealership the sales persons were extremely courteous and let us look at the vehicles on the showroom floor. After a few minu When we walked into the dealership the sales persons were extremely courteous and let us look at the vehicles on the showroom floor. After a few minutes we were approached by a young man who asked if he could be of service. Since we were looking at the RDX he described many of its attributes. We then moved to the MDX and were given the same type of information. The salesman was always there but not in our face, which was pleasing since we did have a few questions. The test drive was next and then the purchase. We were never alone but also never crowded or pushed in a different direction than the one we chose. More
