From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Richard Morris, we became comfortable and at ease with the stressful situation of purchasing a new Acura MDX. We had previously purchased a new Acura MDX in Morris, we became comfortable and at ease with the stressful situation of purchasing a new Acura MDX. We had previously purchased a new Acura MDX in 2010 and Sophie Morris, currently General Sales Manager, was our sales consultant at that time. With that introduction we connected with Richard right away. We had done research and provided Richard a listing of our conditions and expectations. After reviewing, Sophie and Richard steered us to the vehicle we ultimately chose and never tried to steer us in a different direction while all the while presenting comparisons on vehicles and sales cost and financing alternatives. They did not over promise but they did over deliver in terms of professionalism and efficiency in that we believe it was the shortest duration of a car-buying transaction we have ever experienced. Both Richard and Sophie continued their professionalism days after the purchase with accessories (additions) and re-explanation of some of the technical features of the new vehicle. For those who in the future will be pursuing a new car purchase, not seeking out Crown Acura and requesting Richard Morris would be a lost opportunity. More

Wow, what a valuable employee Julian is. I am visiting Clearwater from my home in Minnesota. Yesterday, my Acura MDX started flashing all of its warning lights unexpectedly. I called Crown Acura and was Clearwater from my home in Minnesota. Yesterday, my Acura MDX started flashing all of its warning lights unexpectedly. I called Crown Acura and was patched through to Julian, who answered by saying, “Hello, this is Julian Bitar. How may I make your day better?” He talked me through the possibilities and made an appointment for me at noon that day. I took the car in and waited just a short time while the mechanics diagnosed the problem, reset the computer and had me on my way within one hour. Julian kept me informed throughout the process. It’s nice to encounter someone who really cares when you need them most. Thank you. More
