I especially loved that in addition to WiFi there was a table and chair for children and legos, which kept our kiddos occupied while we did the paperwork. However as great as Acura was, their shining star was Mr. Eric Westernmeyer. My husband and Eric did a majority of our buying over the phone and email. He even set us a video so we could preview before traveling the 2 hours ( dreaded I4) to the dealership. The car was exactly as videoed. Eric took the time to walk me through all the features and how to work everything. I upgrading from a base model 2012 rouge, I didn’t even have Bluetooth- so it was a large learning curve. Our sons are special needs and Eric gave us the space to introduce our son to the new car as anything new can be overwhelming. I was so thankful. I have to be honest, this was my first real car buying experience and I was scared of what I had previously heard about the process but at Crown Acura it was a breeze. I couldn’t possibly find a way to make it better. If you are looking for a stellar buying experience I would say start here, and for those not in the area, Crown Acura is worth the drive! More
