I came by Crossroads Infiniti South to look at the cars since I had been impressed with the quality and style of the vehicles. Jermaine Street greeted me after I had some time to look at the car and provided me with a comprehensive overview of the features and benefits of the vehicle I was considering. He was very professional in his approach and knowledgeable about the car. He took the time to get to know me and better understand my needs. Kolter Kessler was also very helpful in sales process. Together, both Jermaine and Kolter made me feel very confident in my purchase and made it an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Crossroads Infiniti South. More
Julie was outstanding to work with. Everyone at the dealership was nice and ultimately I chose the Infiniti because of the value and how Julie handled the process. Kolter Kesler was also involved and was also welcoming each time we walked into the dealership. We bought an Infiniti JX35 at Crossroads Infiniti South on 7/30/2013. The folks there - sales consultant, GM and Finance Manager - handled everything very smoothly for us. I purchased a G37x from Gary after months of deciding. I test drove many different cars with Gary and was never pressured to make a decision. With each test drive (M37, FX37, G37), he thoroughly explained all the features and was actually knowledgeable regarding competing vehicles. I had researched the cars a lot before going to the dealer, but Gary still showed a lot of cool features I did not know about. Once I decided on the G37, he went at length to find the exact car I wanted (G37xS with tech, I was picky with the color too). Even though they were shipping the car, negotiation on the purchase price was also very straight forward and transparent, so the choice was obvious to stick with Gary at Crossroads. Picking up the car was quick and easy and I was very comfortable with the car by the time I drove out. He also followed up to make sure everything was ok and asked if I had any further questions on the car. I would definitely recommend Crossroads for their customer service and honesty and integrity in pricing. More

I contacted a number of dealers, both Infiniti and others, as I started my vehicle research. Jermaine Street replied to my initial inquiry for Crossroads and was very helpful and responsive in answering my many questions. My interactions with him steered me to make a visit to Crossroads first, ahead of other dealers, to check out the G37. During my first visit, I was introduced to a number of friendly faces at Crossroads, and Linda provided a demo of the vehicle while Jermaine finished up with another customer. I then met with Jermaine to go over the details for the G37. He went to great lengths to try and get the numbers to work but we didn't quite get them to where I had hoped. Jermaine was still very pleasant and appreciative of my time, and offered to let me know if he found any other options I might consider. He also sent a quick email after I left to thank me for my interest and let him know if there was anything he could do for me. At that point, I hadn't yet looked at the other makes/models on my list, and I planned to do some more shopping around that weekend. But I got another very nice follow-up email from Jermaine on Friday with another offer he had worked out for the G37. At that time, I went through my previous email chains with him and with representatives from other dealerships (including Volvo and Cadillac). There was a clear difference in how Jermaine communicated and his interest in helping me out. The others weren't unfriendly, but they were all business and generally very short (and sometimes abrupt) in their emails and responses to my questions. This difference was the deciding factor that brought me back to Crossroads on Friday, despite the fact that I hadn't yet checked out the competition in terms of other vehicle types. Jermaine serves as a great example for how a sales representative should operate, at a car dealership or in any business. A nice car can attract someone's attention but an exceptional salesperson can cause a demanding, over-analytical buyer like me to close the deal without even looking at other options. Good customer service really does matter and unfortunately it can be hard to find. From my first communications with Jermaine, he was consistently professional, helpful, patient, and attentive to my priorities. The same has been true for everyone at Crossroads Infiniti South. I had a very smooth, friendly experience working through the lease paperwork with Mike, and I received a nice note from Kolter after completing the transaction. The team at Crossroads has the formula just right -- professionalism, responsiveness, and friendly interactions with no pressure and a personal touch. More

I believe I got a fair price for my trade in and a reasonable deal on the car I was there to purchase. I went there on a Tuesday to look at one car, but it had already been sold. Zeke informed me that their sister dealership had a similar 4-Runner on their lot, and that he would have the car transferred to this location. Lunch time the next day, I received a call that the 4-Runner had been transferred and ready for me to test drive. I was at the dealership for a few hours and the entire time I was there felt completely relaxed. I never felt pressured and was given the opportunity to ask questions and think about my decision carefully before purchasing. I would highly recommend Crossroads Infiniti, and especially Zeke and Kolter. They were great to work with and I plan to take my 4Runner there for routine oil changes. More

He was kind and friendly, and took his time to go over all of the details of the Infiniti G37 Coupe I was test driving. He even made sure to tune in my favorite type of music on the Sirius satellite radio! Jon R. in Finance worked out a great deal for a lease, and he and Gary, along with a detail person, stayed after closing to prepare the car so I could drive it home! Since it was raining that night, Gary told me to come back on Saturday for a free detail and to meet the GM, and the Service Manager. When I returned on Saturday my car was detailed quickly by the friendly service staff. I really enjoyed the waiting area with fresh baked goods from a local baker and great coffee and beverages. The GM Kolter introduced himself and congratulated me on my purchase, and treated me to a few complimentary gifts! The reception staff on both visits were also very friendly and helpful. I have already received an e-mail from the Service Department with my next scheduled maintenance appointment as well. What a great experience, and I really appreciate all of the time and hard work put in to ensure that I was truly satisfied. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Crossroads Infiniti South! More
