Listen people I don't know if G (Gary Feldman) was just next in the rotation or just taking up space and needed to get some blood circulation going, but in a few short moments I realized he was and still i next in the rotation or just taking up space and needed to get some blood circulation going, but in a few short moments I realized he was and still is the right person for me to have synced up with for this process. I'm in customer service by profession, just like G.... so from one community servicer about another, this is what you need to know when it comes to G, yes he has a profession just like most of us, but THE MAJOR DIFFERENCE between G and many other customer servicers in the community is that G IS NOT ACTING. People I repeat!! G IS NOT AN ACT!!! G helps people, G wants to help people, and G is helping me. When Kolt intruduced me to G and we shook hands I quickly realized I won't get a script, I won't be a number or transaction/sale, and that G isn't a magician with props, magic tricks, and a show to put on. I knew with G that I was in store for sincere, engaged commitment. In addition to that G just has some straightforward stats that you won't ever have to question: He's aware, receptive, welcoming, honest, transparent, and wants me in the Crossroads Infiniti family. He doesn't judge me, not even with the silent judgement look you see on people's face when they don't speak it out loud. G is a real person that actually lives in the community, is sincere about his product and profession and arguably EVEN MORE sincere and committed to the people (me) that he takes the opportunity to establish new relationships with during this process. G is more committed to supporting me and my options/choices/decisions even when I had a brief case of cold feet, more than he is to pushing any other decision that deviates from whatever I express at any given time. When I was sure, and ready to move forward G was right there to support me and my agenda just the same. We actually sat down together and mapped out a credit reconstructing gameplan for me that can work in conjunction with my progressive pursuits in other areas of my life. Listen to me, we made a plan for ME, not something off the rack people, a gameplan tailored to ME and my needs. You won't find G around back at the dealership role play practicing with Kolt on the "credit gameplan for the next 12 months" skit... Because THEY DON'T ?? HAVE A SKIT... It's just G being G... And G doing what G does, and that's CARING.... I'm loving my vehicle and each passing day just simply reinforces and solidifies the strong, safe, reliable, and wise decision that I made. Lastly, G knows I'm loving my Bose System and the redefined meaning of a V-6... How does he know that? Well you can ask him when you go in to the dealership, but I'll tell you, it's because G wants to know, he wants to reach out to me (which he does), and wants to communicate with me. He didn't just fall off the radar on me once I left the dealership. G might work at the dealership, but G deals in relationships... Thanks for everything and then some G!!! Michael More
Have bought many new cars in our time. Not only were they helpful and knowledgeable but they didnt make you feel pressured at all. They worked with us to give us the payment we needed and went out of there w helpful and knowledgeable but they didnt make you feel pressured at all.
