I stopped by the Crossroads Infiniti South dealership on a Saturday afternoon having never owned or driven an Infiniti vehicle. I was interested in a pre-owned vehicle and was immediately drawn to the styli a Saturday afternoon having never owned or driven an Infiniti vehicle. I was interested in a pre-owned vehicle and was immediately drawn to the styling of the QX50 on display outside the dealership. Jermaine Street greeted me with a friendly smile and comfortable, fun conversation that was not at all pushy. He thoroughly answered my non-stop questions, and I then was greeted by Kolter, the GM, who also walked outside to say hello. Jermaine then showed me a pre-owned EX35 on the lot (which is the earlier version of the QX50) and asked if I would like to take a test drive. I loved the size and handling of the car, and I then started asking lots of questions about the extended warranty. Once again, Kolter joined the conversation and explained that the car's low mileage made the Elite Protection Program a much better value for me then the Certified Wrap. And then Mike (Sales Mgr) joined the conversation to explain my financing options. I purchased the vehicle the same day and agreed to pick it up Monday evening. On Monday morning, just for added peace of mind, I met with Mike and Kyd in the Service Department who arranged for me to have the vehicle inspected by my own mechanic. The car's condition received rave reviews by my mechanic, and on Monday evening, Jermaine had the car completely detailed and ready for pickup. I then met with Ed (Finance Manager) to finalize the paperwork, after which Jermaine spent quite a bit of time with me explaining all the features and even offering to set up my bluetooth. I laughed and told Jermaine I would have to come back for that as I was on "feature overload", and he graciously asked me to stop by any time so that he could help me out. As I was leaving the dealership, the entire team waved to me and called me by name. It is no wonder that this dealership has such a high rating in customer satisfaction, as EVERY individual I met exhibited the highest level of professionalism and individual attention, which makes me so excited to be part of the Infiniti family. We never felt any pressure to "buy now" or that if we needed more time to think that we would loose any deals. We also worked with the General Manager Kolter Kesler. He also showed us a great amount of respect and let us take our time test driving and looking. Both Julie and Kolter were extremely knowledgeable about their product. I would highly recommend this dealership for Infiniti. And I would highly recommend Infiniti over other Luxury brands. You get a great driving experience, features, finishes, and overall very great service! More
