Buying my new 2014 Fusion Hybrid Colin Watson, the sales representative, was terrific. We were replacing our 2000 Pathfinder and initially looked at small SUVs at various dealers, but Colin Watson, the sales representative, was terrific. We were replacing our 2000 Pathfinder and initially looked at small SUVs at various dealers, but once we saw the Fusion we decided it met our new needs (I'm retired military, kids out of college and working). We wanted a car for long trips with especially good gas mileage and found the Fusion's features, ride and MPG suited our needs to a T. Colin was particularly helpful prior to our decision by patiently explaining and walking us through the on-board computer that controlled the navigation, phone, climate and other systems. Later we made several repeat visits to speak with Colin before the sale where he explained Fusion options, packages, warranty and answered various other questions. His help was especially evident after the sale when we dropped by so that he could explain (did I say he was patient?) and show us in greater detail how the systems worked. Never at any time did we feel pressured to buy or upgrade or steer us to a more expensive car. We explained our budget limit and he stuck to it. This entire buying experience was light years ahead from 20 years ago when I bought my first new car. My wife and I are very happy with the car and the entire buying experience. Note: If you are a big person, ask for the seat belt extenders, free with the car purchase. I higher recommend this dealer and be sure to ask for Colin. Colin Watson and Aaron Smith showed me a 2014 Ford Flex SEL with a seat configuration that was more suitable for my family. It had many added safety features and technologies that they explained to me, which my current vehicle did not have. Meanwhile, the other employees were inside, playing with my four boys (very much appreciated!). They worked hard to get me an excellent trade in value for my 2011. Through the whole process, they were very friendly, professional, patient and never pushy. The day after my purchase, they called to make sure I was not having any problem adjusting to my new vehicle. Two days afterward, I went into the dealership and asked them to show me some things on the touchscreen system. They were more than happy to help. Great experience, ended up leaving with two new vehicles. Came looking for a 3rd row SUV and left with a perfect 2012 Explorer with every option we wanted, in the color we wanted, for $3000 below market value Came looking for a 3rd row SUV and left with a perfect 2012 Explorer with every option we wanted, in the color we wanted, for $3000 below market value. Made such a good deal that we traded in our daily driver for a 2008 Dodge Ram Quad Cab that was $1500 below market value. In and out of the dealership in 4 hours, great, fast, friendly, efficient customer service and no haggling to bother with. They even offered to recharge the A/C on the Explorer and resurface the brake rotors on the Ram for free, while giving us brand new loaners while the work was performed. Would recommend to anyone in the Fayetteville/Sanford area. They are also military friendly. More
