Buying my new 2014 Fusion Hybrid Colin Watson, the sales representative, was terrific. We were replacing our 2000 Pathfinder and initially looked at small SUVs at various dealers, but Colin Watson, the sales representative, was terrific. We were replacing our 2000 Pathfinder and initially looked at small SUVs at various dealers, but once we saw the Fusion we decided it met our new needs (I'm retired military, kids out of college and working). We wanted a car for long trips with especially good gas mileage and found the Fusion's features, ride and MPG suited our needs to a T. Colin was particularly helpful prior to our decision by patiently explaining and walking us through the on-board computer that controlled the navigation, phone, climate and other systems. Later we made several repeat visits to speak with Colin before the sale where he explained Fusion options, packages, warranty and answered various other questions. His help was especially evident after the sale when we dropped by so that he could explain (did I say he was patient?) and show us in greater detail how the systems worked. Never at any time did we feel pressured to buy or upgrade or steer us to a more expensive car. We explained our budget limit and he stuck to it. This entire buying experience was light years ahead from 20 years ago when I bought my first new car. My wife and I are very happy with the car and the entire buying experience. Note: If you are a big person, ask for the seat belt extenders, free with the car purchase. I higher recommend this dealer and be sure to ask for Colin. I've always been a fan of Ford vehicles.I came to this dealership to trade in my 2011 Ford Flex. I have 4 children, and needed something with easier access to the back seat. Colin Watson and Aaron Smith showed me a 2014 Ford Flex SEL with a seat configuration that was more suitable for my family. It had many added safety features and technologies that they explained to me, which my current vehicle did not have. Meanwhile, the other employees were inside, playing with my four boys (very much appreciated!). They worked hard to get me an excellent trade in value for my 2011. Through the whole process, they were very friendly, professional, patient and never pushy. The day after my purchase, they called to make sure I was not having any problem adjusting to my new vehicle. Two days afterward, I went into the dealership and asked them to show me some things on the touchscreen system. They were more than happy to help. I talked to my husband and told him he is now retired after 45 years of military/civilian service and he DESERVED a New Truck, so Jimmy Contacted us on Sat morning and my husband Dan went to go talk to Jimmy and I stayed home...he called and said "Dear, I did it" but you need to come in and sign some paperwork. What a pleasant transaction with everyone we dealt with and the financial manager was so friendly as well (I feel bad I forgot his name) senior moment I guess.
