Crossroads Ford of Sanford

We had shopped for over two months for a new automobile, including Honda, Toyota, and Nissian, and test drove a Ford Focus at that time. We have a 2005 Ford F250 diesel pickup and have used the dealershi including Honda, Toyota, and Nissian, and test drove a Ford Focus at that time. We have a 2005 Ford F250 diesel pickup and have used the dealership exclusively for service and our experiences have been very good. This influenced our decision greatly and we wanted to buy an American made automobile from a local dealer. We had a good experience and courteous test drive from your dealership a couple of months ago. We had a followup call and were not bothered or pressured by the salesperson after telling him we were still shopping and would get back to him when we were ready to buy. Some of the other brands mentioned were looking for a hard close sale and we were turned off by this sales approach. We finally became blunt with their constant emails and calls and cut them off. Some of the other brands had better rates and deals but we did not feel comfortable with buying from them. Another thing that influenced our final decision was knowing that Ford had not taken any government bailout money. Last week we called Colin and asked to meet and we are ready to purchase that day. We met around 3:30 and negotiated a trade in, interest rate, and chose the Focus that was in inventory. I asked if we could still get the deal done that day and Colin said "No problem, I'm here until 8:00pm. The finance person was gone and Colin’s manager handled all the paperwork and financing while the auto was prepped for us to take it home that evening. This was a great experience and met our needs to not wait until the following day. We were very impressed with the salesperson and his manager jumping in and making things happen. We were treated with respect and were very comfortable with how clearly all documents were explained as we finalized our purchase! One of note of importance was that we did not bring the title on the auto we traded in and we were to bring the title to your dealership the next day. We had difficulty finding the title and were not able to bring it the next day. We did find it this morning and Colin called about it today and took the time to drive to our home and personally picked it up. Very impressed with this level of service. I had a very pleasant experience at Crossroads. I found the employees to be highly motivated to make a sale, but not in the typical "high pressure" way. She also recognized my personal preference against pushy tactics and gave me plenty of room and time to make my decision, arranging for a fairly lengthy (25 minute) test drive. More

Brian, Jeremy, and Kevin helped me make sure I was able to get the vehicle I needed financed within my budget and still had additional wiring and a brake control box for a goose neck trailer installed without an increased cost to me! They offerd appropriate warranty packages at great prices and made sure to take the time to explain it all to me so that I was not confused about any of the process. I cannot be more pleased with my truck! Everything Beth told me about it was correct and I have really enjoyed driving it.
