We've been coming to the Sanford Ford Dealership for over 12 years and bought a 2010 Edge there. We always had great service until last year with different things not up to par with the Service Department 12 years and bought a 2010 Edge there. We always had great service until last year with different things not up to par with the Service Department either not be professional or when you bring in your car for service not keeping you updated on what is going on if there is a problem with the parts needed and they need to keep it. My husband, son and I have always been Ford people . Customer service is not what it use to be and keeping us, the customers regularly updated if there is a problem. More

Service refused due to having too many mods. My GT has all the components of a Cobra except its 2v instead of 4v. So i was only given an oil change and no attempt was made to determine the vibrations duri all the components of a Cobra except its 2v instead of 4v. So i was only given an oil change and no attempt was made to determine the vibrations during driving. Im okay with the tech not feeling comfortable but was not okay with the time that i wasted since i had already described the level of modifications to the receptionist that scheduled my appt and even asked if they could work on it knowing it was not a ford performance shop and was told it would be fine. If your techs are supposed to be able to service and repair high performance vehicles such as the gt500 down to the fastbacks they should be able to work on a gt that is modified primarily with ford racing components and a few other aftermarket parts from vortech, eibach, excedy and mcleod. Im more upset about having to try and get a last minute appt with a shop 30 miles away after being told you wouldnt even look at my car. After going to a different shop i found out 1 of my driveshaft bolts came out and another was loose. While at the dealership i also wanted to look at the mach 1 since i was considering purchasing the mach 1 or just getting the gt premiem fastback. Ive been up in the air if i should buy a truck 1st to tow my mustang to car shows and strips or to by a new mustang to use as my daily.Apparently i wasnt allowed to test drive since mustangs are for serious buyers only. I will be going somewhere else to by my fords in the future. More

Dealership worked me in to get my 2018 Edge serviced and inspected on a Saturday. Great customer service and while the price was high, it was not unreasonable. inspected on a Saturday. Great customer service and while the price was high, it was not unreasonable. More

Stay Away!!! We were looking for a used Ford Flex Limited . Crossroads Ford in NC advertised a 2018 with everything we were looking for and would accept our trade-in (which was in showroom condition, just as they required) Unfortunately their standards were much lower for their vehicles. They gave us the rookie sales person, which is fine but they claimed that any questions, descrepancies, or problems we had were our fault and we had to prove that they were lying and that the car was advertised correctly and any questions were answered by someone with little experience. So we ended up with only one key that works, no towing package or luggage rack, a loose windshield that had been replaced by them and a non-working rear window control. The car was not cleaned to showroom condition, many of the cupholders were full of old food and grime. And no cooperation from the dealership. More
