TSB Inquiry Just spoke to "Jeff" in your service department on the phone, requesting information about TSB 13-05-16. I explained to him that a fellow 2013 F150 ow Just spoke to "Jeff" in your service department on the phone, requesting information about TSB 13-05-16. I explained to him that a fellow 2013 F150 owner had his "check engine" light come on and he took to Williamsburg Ford in Virginia while he was traveling this last weekend. The service department from Williamsburg Ford entered on the serviced performed form "Hooked up IDs and retrieved codes P012B and P012D. Turbocharger inlet pressure ckt was Hi. Referred to TSB 13-05-16 and reprogrmmed PCM." My question to "Jeff" was to please explain in detail what TSB 13-05-16 covered and if I should be concerned with my 2013 F150? His response was, "is your check engine light on," and I responded that it was not. I ask him to please expalin what the TSB covered and he stated he didn't know that I could research it myself on the internet. Really?!?! I called a certified Ford service department for professional and technical assitance, I did not even get close to that. "Jeff" also stated he does not have access to TSBs. Really?!?! I was interested in buying a new car for my growing family. After my first visit Hank was very accommodating. He was willing to take the time to show me everything that I was interested in, and under family. After my first visit Hank was very accommodating. Once I had narrowed my choice down to two different vehicles, I had the privilege of meeting Johnny. Johnny was great on deciding on a price that we could both live with, and understanding on giving me 24 hours to finalize my decision. When I arrived at the dealership to sign the paper work for my new car, Hank made sure that everything was ready ahead of time. I met with a man by the name of Hubert who walked me though all the paperwork of buying a new car (I haven't done this in about 7 years) and finally handed me the keys to my new Ford. Hank introduced me to yet another wonderful man by the name of Anthony. Anthony showed me all the new technology that was available on my new ride, and best of all how to use it. Over the past week I have enjoyed this wonderful new ride. My wife and I went to Lumberton Ford to see what all the dealership had in inventory and also to compare their prices with other places we had previously visited. We were amazed with the quantity and qualit dealership had in inventory and also to compare their prices with other places we had previously visited. We were amazed with the quantity and quality of their inventory and also their prices. Shortly after arriving we were assisted by a salesman who helped us every step of the way. We could not have asked for better service from this gentleman. We set down and started talking and were able to work out a deal that was way beyond mine and my wife's expectations. After it was all said and done one of the tech guys showed my wife a lot of the cool features that the Focus had. He showed her the basic stuff to get her by until we return for the tech class. While she was being amazed by the technology and knowledge of the tech guy, the salesman was helping me move stuff from my old vehicle to the new one. I've never been any place where the employees seemed to love their jobs as much and where so eager to help as they were at Lumberton Ford. Thank you for the home town kind of service that my wife and I were welcomed with. My father went in and purchased a used vehicle. My mom and I called and told them not to sell the vehicle to my father he was having mental and physical issues. They sold him the vehicle anyway. My father put a couple thousand down and was suppose to make 1 payment to pay off car. My parents have the contract. While he was in the hospital he was suppose to go and transfer the money over and didn't get to because he was in the hospital. My mom went and talked to Hubert and tried to pay off the car, but no he had sent everything over to ford credit and she had to wait on them but it wouldn't be a problem. Well they wanted them to pay an extra 1000 and my parents refused to because they were going by the contract. faxed them the contract and all. Now they sold the car and sent my father a letter stating that he owed 4000 more because they sold it for 17500 but wouldn't except the payment of 21500 from them. My father has bought several vehicles from Lumberton Ford but I wouldn't recommend them to a dog now. We have heard from several people that things like this has happened. More
