My New Explorer - Thank You!! Had an Explorer before years before, husband bought me a 2008 Tahoe & I never liked it - it was just too big!! There was one on the lot that we like in the new color Dark Side - beautiful vehicle. He took us on a test drive and we loved it. Filling out our paper work took so long the last time we purchased a vehicle (at another dealer). We were amazed at how quickly everything was done from getting a payoff on our old vehicle (which we were impressed with) to the signing of our final paperwork. Everyone we came in contact with that day were very helpful. Gerald did a wonderful job working with us thru the whole process making it a great experience for us. Where I will never shop again I think the title says it all. The sales employee OK nice, but all others left much to be desired! I was rushed and not given the time of day after they got the sale. If I felt like I was unwanted after the sale was done coming back for the promised items was just another disappointment. Because I live an hour away I only wanted to come back once to have the other items installed and pick up want I ordered in one shot. When my husband arrived there to drop of my truck and pick up the items we requested they told him that the items we requested were not ordered because we did not pay the agreed upon price. He stated we were rushed out the door after the sale and no one called us or even said anything to us when we called to make sure everything was lined up. Pretty much we were told we'll see what we can do get back with us tomorrow. I'm sorry to say buying a truck from this FORD dealer was a huge disappointment, and I promise it will NEVER happen again. I also will be sure to pass along my experience. All about the sale not the customer!! More
