I’m so thankful for the employees at Crossroads Ford Lincoln of Lumberton. It was Christmas week and I needed an oil change and a regular xx on my tires etc. I called and they scheduled me in. I only work in Lumberton of Fridays and they scheduled my appointment. They called me a few minutes before my appointment to make sure I was at work and picked up my jeep While I continued to do my job. As soon as my car arrived at Crossroads I received a text letting me know it was there. When the service was completed I received another text and the lady called me so I could pay my bill over the phone. My car was returned to me and I’m very satisfied with the customer service.
