I had located an Explorer at another NC dealership that had everything I was looking for without all of the extras I didn’t want. I sent an email through the Crossroads Ford Cary website asking if they could get it for me. Keith promptly responded, and we were able to cut a deal within a handful of emails traded back and forth. He stayed in touch with me the next day despite it being his day off and had the vehicle at the dealership approximately 36 hours after our initial correspondence (which occurred just before the dealership closed for the evening). Steve took over the remainder of the transaction and even called to introduce himself and let us know that he would be assisting us from that point forward, including with the walk through and delivery of the vehicle. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable about the various features on the vehicle and provided a very thorough and in-depth tutorial on how to use all of these goodies. His discussion even taught my husband a few new things about his F150 that we purchased from Crossroads Ford in Cary two years ago. Steve also made himself available to us in case we had any questions about the features in the coming weeks. Overall, I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience with Keith and Steve, and I highly recommend contacting one of them for your vehicle purchasing needs. More

After our back and forth communication I finally made it out to the dealership and we were able to agree on a price on the new truck my trade in and I was out with my new truck in under 2 hours. Showroom is quite impressive and they have a good selection of vehicles in there. Anyway, we drove the Mustang I saw on the internet and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Steve and his co-workers took care of all the paperwork, including paying off my trade in and DMV "stuff". Very convenient for me, thanks so much.
