This was definitely not my first car purchase but, I must admit, it really was the easiet and best experience! Lisa Esposito was wonderful to deal with! She truly listened!! I told her what I wanted and - more importantly- what I needed, and she helped to make it happen. I love my purchase! Also, dealing with Craig Maxa in finance was a pleasure too! He really put me at ease with all of the signing and all of the paperwork - and shared pictures of his very handsome, little nephew! Thanks to both Lisa and Craig! He made me feel like he was simply there to assist and answer questions and guide me through finding the car that I had in mind and in my price range. I know a salesman's ultimate goal is to sell a car but believe me at other dealerships they just will not leave you alone to think and process. Joshua has the gift of a great attitude and patience! AJ was also wonderful to deal with. He found me a loan that I could handle and the warranty's that I felt like I needed and much to my surprise I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership! This was the best car buying experience I have ever completed. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and responsive to my needs. All employees went above and beyond to make this deal happen. Even down to completing the final paperwork when the employee, that unfortunately I cannot remember his name, told me how to split my payments to bi-monthly and save payments on the end. I all my years dealing with my previous Ford dealer, I have never had such great service. I will drive the 1.5 hours again to purchase from the great staff at Crossroads Ford. More

I brought my vehicle in for a battey test and amp draw test. This was the second time I brought my vehicle in for the same test and found nothing. This time they discovered the battery drain was due to test. This was the second time I brought my vehicle in for the same test and found nothing. This time they discovered the battery drain was due to a faulty keyless entry module. I would have been satisfied with at least an hour of labor @ $109/hr. ( I signed for) Thats an outragous amount of labor. I was actually charged 2 hours of labor and walked out with a faulty module and the same battery total of $220. Dana from service was extremely rude from the initial service call, saying vehicles dont normally last but a few weeks if not started often! I have owned my 96 Mustang for 13 years and it has sat for months and started. I know cars more than the average person and you cant tell me that even newer cars wont last a few months if not starte (this is 2014 I think we have come a long way). Do not take your used vehicle ot this shop for routine maintenance unless you want to get charged an arm and a leg. I get the feeling you are only welcome unless you have bought a new vehicle. I have been a Ford advocate my whole life and now I am questioning it. More

Purchased from ebay sale. From the start Mike was excellent with pricing and information about the vehicle. Brad and AJ were excellent with the financing and Derek went above and beyond as far as I excellent with pricing and information about the vehicle. Brad and AJ were excellent with the financing and Derek went above and beyond as far as I am concerned with helping with delivery and finishing the paperwork. I received follow up calls from both Mike and Derek. Mike has even made additional follow up calls after delivery to see if I like the vehicle or if I have any questions. And last but not least the 2 gentleman that delivered the car were fabulous. They were kind and sincere, congratulated us with our new car and took pride in their delivery service. A true asset to Crossroads! I will definitely recommend this dealership, salesman and experience to anyone that is seeking a used or new vehicle. More
