I had started working with another dealership in the area but they didn't have the car I wanted and offered to DX it. I went to Crossroads to look at the car and Steven Diaz came out to greet me. He worked for well over an hour with me even knowing he would not make a dime and after I left I was actually sad. After a week of working with the other dealership, I came back to Crossroads to ask Steven what he could do for me. Am I ever GLAD I did. The soft sell was appreciated, the deal was better, and I just can't say enough on the overall experience of buying from Crossroads. Steven is the best salesman I have ever worked with in over 30 years of buying cars. Tommy Farley stepped up to the plate to make sure the deal happened. I may not have needed the Harmon stereo system but I am I love with the clarity of sound and I sell music for a living!
