fantastic service! on Monday walked into Cronin Kia and met with Michael Monroe. I really wanted a new kia soul and have since they came out. The process was so simple on Monday walked into Cronin Kia and met with Michael Monroe. I really wanted a new kia soul and have since they came out. The process was so simple and comfotable with Michael. We took a soul for and test drive and he told about the features and all the crazy gadgets on the steering wheel. Next thing I know I was buying a 2017 kia soul and drove it off the lot! This the first brand new car I have had since I was 20! I also have NEVER driven a car off the lot the same day! After all my paperwork was signed I cleaned out my kia rio and Michael even helped me with some of that. he sat down in my new soul with me and explained how to use jsut about everything! He even helped me sync my phone to the car! I cannot say enough good things about Michael and the entire staff I dealt with at Cronin! So glad I went to them instead of another kia dealer! Have not heard from them, wife and I have left messages with no return call. Last time I called was hung up on. I live out of state and now I am stuck footing the bill.
