This is absolutely the rudest smart mouthed service tech I have ever dealt with. Ignored me and tried to discuss with my Wife, then got mad and argued louder and louder when I tried to explain I only wanted an oil change. I absolutely would not go to Cronic for service again. I am sure this post will be mysteriously deleted because this is not what you want to hear. But you need to train your folks not to argue and be rude to customers or you will surely lose all of your service business. More

Incompetent and lying staff My car was had a delay to start once the button was pushed. The salesman (Greg) assured me that they could figure out the problem and that he “has the My car was had a delay to start once the button was pushed. The salesman (Greg) assured me that they could figure out the problem and that he “has the best mechanics on the country.” After keeping my car for 2 weeks and no evident solution, they replaced my 4 month old battery and blamed the problem on that. My dad reassured them that the battery was good and instructed them to put it in my car so he could return the almost new battery for a refund. When I went to pick up my car, someone else’s old battery was in my car. Luckily my Dad had a part number for my battery and could confirm that it was not battery that Cronic had sneakily tried to return to me. When my Dad called to question Greg, he told him that the mechanic that worked on my car wasn’t available and that he didn’t know where my original battery went. Bottom line- I was charged for a batter I didn’t need, my car still isn’t repaired, the service center survives on cheating customers and I definitely won’t go back again. Terribly disappointed this time but have been a long time customer prior to this experience. More
