When you have 100's, maybe 1000's weekly, A mindset ensues of what I call, " Big Bank Itis". they have actuaries that know if they add 857 new cstmrs daily, via advertising, giveaways, free checking etc., that they can afford to lose less than that amt, & still grow cstmr base.At Cronic, I was treated like they wanted to earn my business for life, & my familys, & my friends, etc. That small town, every cstmr could be your last, mentality, so treat em like family. Will see how service after sale is. More
