For once I did not hear a negative response infact I was very impress with the answer I got " bring it back Mr. Doss we want to do what ever it takes to make you happy" now that was an answer of true customer service. I could not ask for a better experience with the way that he handled the sale. Brandon, on the other hand, was often curt on the phone and kept insisting that the way my bank does business is not the way that business is done at your dealership. When I made the first call to Gayron, I had already visited my bank and financing was complete. Brandon asked that I call him and the main reason for the call was to ask what interest rate I was paying. I am well aware that you are running a business and the bottom line is that you have to make money to stay in business, but manners and diplomacy are always appreciated. Knowing that Nissan had 0% interest as a limited promo, I still opted to work with a great local credit union and whereas I appreciate Brandon's effort to win business for the finance department, his methods leave a lot to be desired. Perhaps saying "We have a great offer now and I would love to extend them to you" or " I think we could save you some money on interest, we have some great offers", but asking "What interest rate are you paying" is not the best approach. Women are typically not treated well in a car dealership and stunts like this are the reason that many women dread buying a car. I love cars and this should be fun! I am paying a lot of money for a vehicle and it should be the highlight of my year, not an experience where people with poor manners and no business savvy make you chase your tail all day to get a simple answer. My credit union sent a certified check and expected me to come back with the title for the car in exchange for a form of payment that is considered cash. Brandon recommended that I call Louise and talk with her. When I asked her about the title, she said she wasn't sure that it was at the dealership. That seemed odd to me because you can't sell it if you don't have the title. I explained to her that my credit union wanted to know when we would get the title and her question was "When will we get our money?" Again, this is a unique way to do business and if I had had this experience early in the sale, I would not have bought a car from Cronic. Then, after driving a couple of days out of state, I found that the dealer tag had blown off of the car. Yes, it seems obvious that it's a Z and that I was going fast, but not that fast:) I called Brandon back and told him that I had lost the tag and he wasn't sure what to do. This has to be something that happens sometimes, but it took a couple of days to get down to the fact that neither Georgia nor Tennessee would give me another tag, and I couldn't get my permanent tag, because I had no title. In all of these transactions with Brandon, he was considerate enough to give me his cell number, but I was disappointed with his professionalism and demeanor Let me say again that Gayron did a fantastic job and saved this sale! The guys who delivered that car were also professional and a delight to work with. I love my car and although there were a few snags, I am glad that I bought a car from Cronic. Please take good care of Gayron, he is a jewel! More

Decisions - Decisions I purchased a 2013 Ram 1500 back in January and had mentioned that my wife would be looking to get a new car in 6-9 months. Cronic / Frandoo respected I purchased a 2013 Ram 1500 back in January and had mentioned that my wife would be looking to get a new car in 6-9 months. Cronic / Frandoo respected my request not to hound us about when we would be ready for our next purchase. I went in to get an oil change and walked around and found Frandoo. He told me I needed to check out the new Chrysler 200. He went in and got the key to a 2015 200C. It had all the bells and whistles that my wife would be wanting. I was very impressed wife the car. I got home and told the wife about it, but she did not seem impressed. She finally agreed to go look at one after a couple of weeks of me telling her she needed to go check this car out. Frandoo was not there at that time so Matthew Peck grabbed the keys to one of the 200s. We ended up going through 3 different models before she made a decision on the exact one she wanted. The people at the Cronic Dodge are a pleasure to deal with and were willing to allow her to check out as many models as she needed in order to pick the car that was right for her. Kudos to Frandoo for going above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. More

Matt, my sales consultant, did a great job asking good questions to find out what I was looking for & directing me to vehicles he thought would meet those needs. Also, he showed a lot of concern for filling my needs without any high-pressure techniques, something I really appreciate. He really came across as wanting to fill my needs not just for today, but long term! And Brandon, my finance manager, did the same when it came time to arranging a financing pkg to meet those needs.
