Even when he realized there were not two keys included with my (used) car, he went the extra mile to get me an extra key. They also provided a driver to drive my old car all the way back to Atlanta while I got to drive my new car back home. A lot of dealers wouldn't do that and it really impressed me. Brandon in the finance department was extremely knowledgable and very patient while we went through the warranty options and all final details.
