Amazing and Professional staff!!! I was stuck in a sub-prime loan on another vehicle. My husband went to Cronic to test drive a SUV and ended up purchasing it. He told the sales staff I was stuck in a sub-prime loan on another vehicle. My husband went to Cronic to test drive a SUV and ended up purchasing it. He told the sales staff at Cronic about my interest rate on the other vehicle. Long story short, I arrived at the dealership at 5:30 that evening and drove away with a brand new car and less than half the interest rate. I have never been given a choice on the vehicles I purchased from other lots. I have always been told what I could get. Not at Cronic. They asked me what I wanted then gave me that choice and several others. I drove away with the vehicle I have wanted for years. I could not be more pleased. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! More

Went in for brakes, came out with new car I had no intention of buying a new car and was just getting work done on my old one.
