Having purchased my Mercedes from another Mercedes dealer, I was skeptical to use Critz, needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. What originally brought me to Critz was the cost of the Service B. dealer, I was skeptical to use Critz, needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent experience from the initial phone contact throughout the final sale. I traveled from out of state because I was unable to find the vehicle with the color, or options I wanted. I was able to locate a vehicle online at Critz, but was contacted by Ronald Hayes, and he advised me that the vehicle was sold, but they could locate one for me, and have it delivered to Critz Auto Group. A week later I was in the vehicle and out the door in about an hour. That was what I informed Mr. Hayes I wanted to do, and he delivered. The Sales Manager was just as excellent as Mr Hayes. Critz also arranged to have me picked up at the airport by a friendly young man named Hammond. All in all, it was a hassle free, great experience to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I would purchase again from Critz Auto Group despite the distance traveled. In my initial contact with Mr. Hayes I told him to give me a reason to make the trip, and he did.
